I am a trusted leadership consultant, coach, mentor, and adviser, with a strong focus on enhancing understanding and capabilities in systems approaches within people-led systems. 

I bring over twenty-five years of experience from senior programme and policy leadership roles across the public sector, public health, inequalities-sensitive practice, health and social care, as well as the voluntary sector in both Scotland and the UK. 

Throughout my career, I have served as a Director and held leadership positions at Board level across the NHS, public sector, community organisations, and voluntary sectors. 

I have a proven track record of leading teams, delivering impactful and creatively designed asset-based, co-produced programmes and movements for population health transformation.

Additionally, I have a background in supporting the development of transformative innovation networks and contributing to child and family health research and practice in Sweden.
